Okazaki City will hold "Okazaki Digitalian Project -Gomangoku of Light 2022-" from December 2 (Fri.) to 3 (Sat.), 2022, at the former Tadatsugu Honda Residence (Kakemachi, Okazaki City).

This event will feature the projection of the first projection mapping work created by university, junior college, and vocational school students living and studying in Aichi Prefecture under the theme of "Okazaki's Traditional Industries.

Admission is free and no advance registration is required.

Collaboration of traditional industry and cutting-edge technology. We hope you will come and see the projection mapping work that only young people can create and that is unique to Okazaki, created by students.

We are also accepting applications from university, junior college, and vocational school students who are enrolled in or reside in Aichi Prefecture to submit their works for projection on the day of the event. Please see below for details and apply.

[Venue] Outside of the former residence of Tadatsugu Honda (40-1 Ashinobu, Kakemachi, Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan)

<Access>

Public transportation: From Meitetsu "Higashi Okazaki Station", take the No.2 bus bound for Higashi Koenguchi, get off at Higashi Koenguchi, and walk 3 minutes.

By car: Approximately 1 km from the Okazaki Interchange on the Tomei Expressway toward Nagoya.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking lot. Please use the Higashi Park South Parking Lot (right next to the former Tadatsugu Honda Residence). Parking is available from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. *Free parking.

[Contents] Projection mapping works will be created for the first time by university, junior college, and vocational school students living and studying in Aichi Prefecture under the theme of "Okazaki's Traditional Industries. The projection will be held in the form of a contest.

[Admission] Free of charge, no advance application required.

[Requests to Visitors]

・Please wear a mask at all times and practice good cough etiquette.

・Please leave as much space as possible between visitors. Please be aware that we may limit the number of visitors in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

・Please refrain from visiting the exhibition if you do not feel well due to fever, if you have tested positive for new coronavirus infection, if you are a close contact, or if you have been waiting at home or other places after returning to Japan or entering Japan.

[Call for Entries]

We are accepting applications from university, junior college, and vocational school students who are enrolled in or reside in Aichi Prefecture for works to be projected on the day of the festival. A contest will be held for the works that will be projected on the day of the event. If you are interested in applying, please fill out the application form below. (Planning: Uchikikaku Co.)
